THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRI T PETI TI ON NO.24938 of 2018 ORDER: (per SK,J) Sri Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 30.07.2018 to the Registry stating that his client, the petitioner in the writ petition, seeks to withdraw this writ petition reserving liberty to invoke the review jurisdiction of the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Hyderabad, under Section 22(2)(e) of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993, presently renamed as the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 read with Sections 17(7) and 37 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
