Bhosale) Mr. V.Ravi Kiran Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the Writ Petition, since the petitioner desires to take appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance.

Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance. While making this observation, we shall not be understood to have recognized their right to take any such remedy unless it is available in law.
