This appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, challenging the judgment and award dated 28.9.2012 passed in O.P.No.287 of 2010 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal-cumDistrict Judge, Karimanagar.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant has sought permission of this court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the MACMA is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
