HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA : HYDERABAD MAIN CASE NO: Crl.P.No.10284 of 2023 PROCEEDING SHEET 14.12.2023 KS,J I.A.No.1 OF 2023 (On being mentioned) This application is field seeking modification of the order dated 02.11.2023 in Crl.P.No.10284 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner when approached the Court below pursuant to the order dated 02.11.2023, he came to know that no nonbailable warrants were not issued against him, as such seeks modification of the order.

In view of the said submission paragraph No.4 is replaced by the following order:-

1) The petitioner/Accused No. 4 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Ichoda Police Station, Adilabad District, on or before 21.12.2023.

Upon such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioner/Accused No.4 on bail, on his executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum each to his

satisfaction.

2) On such release, the petitioner/Accused No.

shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer at 10:00 a.m. everyday for a period of one week for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required.

3) The petitioner/accused No. 4 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C and shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case."

Registry is directed to issue modified copy of the order.
