HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10996 of 2017 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 23.02.2017, passed by this Court in WP.No.18383 of 2016, and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law. Till then, Status quo obtaining as on to day, shall be maintained. No order as to costs.
