HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI Writ Petition No.24950 of 2018 ORDER:- When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the 5th respondent that since the petitioner herein paid the maktha i.e., the value of 66 bags, towards arrears, the respondents herein are continuing him as tenant and as on today, there is no proposal to auction the leasehold rights of the subject land.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
