O R D E R

The revision petitioner is the petitioner in the Election O.P.No.31 of 2014 on the file of Election tribunal cum Senior Civil Judge of Srikalahasti. He filed this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to Election Tribunal to dispose of election O.P. at an early date. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the Election O.P. is not disposed of at the earlier, it would become infructuous. Having regard to the nature of dispute, facts in issue and the submission of the leaned counsel for the petitioner, the revision is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the Election Tribunal cum Senior Civil Judge of Srikalahasthi to dispose of Elec. OP.No.31/2014 as early as possible. No costs.
