HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.35570 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to declare the inaction of the fourth respondent in not renewing his notary certificate pursuant to his application dated 19.12.2015 as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (AP). With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2015.

Learned Asst. Government Pleader submits that he has no objection for the same.

Having regard to the rival submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-The District Registrar, Stamps and Registration, Srikakulam, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2015 seeking renewal of his notary license for a period of five years, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, if necessary, within a period of four weeks from the date receipt of a copy of this order.
