HONOURABLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8387 of 2019 ORDER:

The petitioners who are accused in Crime No.27 of 2018 on the file of Kowtala Police Station, Komarambheem Asifabad District, filed this Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the proceedings in the above case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 494 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of the SCs & STs (POA) Act.

Today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that Criminal Petition No.8466 of 2019, which was filed by the petitioners in the present Criminal Petition, was compromised between the petitioners and the de facto complainant and accordingly, the said Criminal was allowed quashing the proceedings in Crime No.27 of 2018 of Kowtala Police Station, Komarambheem Asifabad District. 3.

In view of the aforesaid order passed in Criminal Petition No.8466 of 2019, the cause in the present Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
