This Company Petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent for non-payment of debt due to the petitioner.

Mr. T.Ramesh Babu, learned counsel representing Mr. Srinivas Bodduluri, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of this Company Petition, the respondent has paid the debt due to the petitioner and, therefore, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this Company Petition.

In the light of the above submission, this Company Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
