THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.12138 of 2002 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to mutate his name in the municipal records with respect to shop No.10 situated at VMR Complex, Besant Road, Governorpet, Vijayawada-2, Krishna District.

Sri T.S.Venkata Ramana, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the petitioner was granted new lease for a period of 20 years and from 2014 onwards, he is in possession of the shop in question and therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive anymore.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
