This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.27.12.2016 in WPMP.No.43734 of 2016 in WP.No.35499 of 2016.

This Court directed the respondent herein to consider petitioner's representation dt.11.05.2016 within six (06) weeks and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 3.

On 14.07.2017, the respondent has passed orders disposing petitioner's representation. Though there is some delay in implementing the order, I am not inclined to take action for Contempt of Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
