This appeal is filed under Section 96 CPC aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 19.07.2011 in O.S.No.56 of 2005 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal suit and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 27.10.2017 before the Registry. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
