HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2139 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 29.3.2016 in I.A.No.214 of 2016 in I.A.No.752 of 2015 in O.S.No.54 of 2006 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Medak District at Sangareddy.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law including filing of petition under Section 151 CPC before the trial court.

3. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. The petitioner is hereby directed to file petition under Section 151 CPC before the trial court on or before 01.7.2016. On such petition being filed, the trial court is directed to dispose of the same on or before 29.7.2016. The learned counsel for both the parties submitted that their counterparts before the trial court shall cooperate with the trial court for disposal of the petition even by filing written arguments. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition, shall stand closed.
