When the matter was listed before this Court on 04.04.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner, as such, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' next week. In spite of the same, when the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner. In the circumstances, it is presumed that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
