HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.33196 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 15.12.2006 issued by the 3rd respondent terminating the services of the petitioner's father.

When the learned counsel for the petitioner was asked about the delay in filing the writ petition, learned counsel submits that the petitioner filed OA.No.7164/2009 seeking compassionate appointment and also release of pensionary benefits of his father. No reasons are given by him for the abnormal delay except stating that in similar circumstances, the Tribunal granted relief. In view of the same, I do not see any reasons to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of laches. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
