THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 8343 OF 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioners/A1, A2, A7 & A8 in connection with Crime No.183 of 2022 on the file of Gadwal Town Police Station, Jogulamba Gadwal District, for the offences punishable under Sections 370-A (2) & Sec.3, 4 & 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.

The case of the Police Gadwal Town, is that they raided the premised on 07.08.2022 and found that the petitioners 1 and 2/A1 & A2, who are involved in running brothel house. The police arrested petitioners 3 & 4/A7 & A8 during their raid and invested. 4.

This Court on 06.09.2022 granted regular bail to Accused No.3 in Crl.P.No.7799 of 2022.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that there no other criminal cases of similar crime are pending against these petitioners. 6.

Since the accused 1 & 2 are in jail from 07.08.2022 and accused 7 & 8 are from 22.08.2022 and since it is stated that there are no other

criminal cases of similar crime are pending against these petitioners, these petitioners can be granted the relief of regular bail on the following conditions;

i) The petitioners/A1, A2, A7 & A8 shall execute personal bonds for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Gadwal, Jogulamba Gadwal District.

(ii) The petitioners/A1, A2, A7 & A8 shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer, on every Monday between 10.30 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. for a period of eight weeks or until filing of charge sheet, whichever is earlier. iii) The petitioners/A1, A2, A7 & A8 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. 7.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _________________ K.SURENDER, J Date: 23.09.2022 tk/BB
