This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in insisting for 'No Objection Certificate' from the Revenue Department and the Endowments Departments for registration of the flat bearing No.502 admeasuring 1350 sq.ft in 'SRI SAI ENCLAVE' situated in Sy.No.58/1E at New Indira Nagar Residential area, Tirupati, Chittoor District as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present writ petition is covered by the common judgment dated 31.12.2012 in W.P.No.30526 of 2012 and batch and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration.

For the reasons alike, this writ petition is also allowed in terms of the common judgment dated 31.12.2012 in W.P.No.30526 of 2012 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
