THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.10741 of 2014 ORDER :

Petitioner challenges the order of Joint Commissioner, Endowments dated 07.01.2013 as in violation of G.O.Ms.No.94 dated 01.07.2003.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Sri Ch.Satish Kumar, learned Standing counsel representing the respondents, based on the written instructions furnished to him by the Executive Officer of Sri Rajarajeswara Swamy Devasthanam, Vemulawada, submits that the Chairman and the Board of Trustees inspected the site and felt that the work was not necessary to execute and accordingly Trust Board passed a resolution canceling the entire tender process. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and this may be the reason, the petitioner is not prosecuting the writ petition. 4.

The letter of the Executive Officer, addressed to the learned Standing counsel is taken on record as Annexure 'X'. 5.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
