ORDER

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 18.03.2013 passed in W.P.No.25906 of 2010. A Counter-affidavit is filed with the following averments: "I submit that, the facts of the case were reported to the Govt and in turn the Government vide Memo No.34137/Assn-I (1)2014, dt 6.7.2017 accorded permission to implement the orders of the Hon'ble High Court, dt. 18.3.2013 in W.P.No.25906/10 on alienation of the land measuring to an extent of Ac.18.78 cents in Sy.No.133, Chinagadila (V) Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal in favour of Animal Husbandry Dept Employees Co-op House Building Society, Visakhapatnam subject to outcome of the W.A.No.794/2015.

Accordingly, vide progs.Rc.No.2585A/2005/A, dt.6.7.2017 directed the Tahsildar, Visakhapatnam Rural to hand over the subject land to the society. The president of the society has taken over the land on 7.7.2017 and Tahsildar has furnished the delivery receipt vide Rc.1292/2010/A, dt. 7.7.2017. Thus, the respondents herein have implemented the order dt. 18.3.2013 in WP No.25906/2010 of the Hon'ble High Court."

In view of the compliance, no further orders are required to be passed in this contempt case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
