This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order, dated 16.07.2018, transferring the petitioners from Suryapet District to Yadadri District.

When the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services produced the order in C.No.2380/A1Rectt./2018, dated 26.07.2018, withdrawing the transfer orders transferring 24 Police Constables from Suryapet District to Yadadri District.

Since the order, which is impugned in the Writ Petition, is already cancelled, no cause in the Writ Petition survives and the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
