Arun Kumar, learned Additional public prosecutor, submitted that the petitioner has been discharged from the case in C.C.No.712 ot 2021 on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First class (Mobile) for Trial of cases under pcR Act-cum-lll Additional Junior Civil Judge, Karimnagar, on 01 .05.2024 and the Calender Case was accordingly disposed of. To that effect, a copy of the case status information of the said Calender Case obtained from e-courts (website) of Karimnagar District Judiciary, is produced before this Court and the same is taken on record, as such, the criminal petition has become infructuous.
