ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the order dt.21.06.2014 suspending the petitioner from service and formulation of charges dt.21.06.2014.

On 07.08.2014, this Court granted interim suspension of the order dt.21.06.2014 initially for a limited period of four weeks. Subsequently, by order dt.04.09.2014 extended the interim order granted earlier until further orders. 3.

As there was no representation for the petitioner when the matter was listed on 30.01.2020, to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL".

Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Corporation informs the Court that the petitioner was reinstated into service on 20.08.2015 and the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him were concluded by imposing the punishment of reduction in pay.

Probably, for this reason, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Interim order granted by this Court earlier shall stand dissolved. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
