This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A.1 in C.C.No.96 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kanigiri, Prakasam District.

The learned counsel for both parties are present. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
