Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.43 of 2008 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Zaheerabad, Medak District, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
