HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS Writ Petition No.27772 of 2016 Order: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) The issue raised in this writ petition is covered by a series of orders passed by us, the first of which was dated 11-8-2016 in W.P.No.23893 of 2016 and batch.

2. Therefore following those orders, this writ petition is also allowed directing the respondents to grant local status to the petitioner upon the petitioner fulfilling the condition prescribed in para 4(d) of the Circular Memo dated 08-8-2016. If the petitioner has been issued with a community certificate in a Mandal, which now falls within the State of Andhra Pradesh after bifurcation, then the petitioner will also be entitled to the community status.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
