JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellant.

On 18.04.2022, the learned counsel for the appellant requested the Court to dismiss the other two appeals i.e. A.S.No.269 of 2002 and 357 of 2002. But both the said appeals were dismissed on 14.06.2022 itself. As there is no representation for the appellant, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation for the appellant. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that that the appellant is not interested to pursue the litigation.

Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
