HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6924 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she submitted application to the 3rd respondent requesting to survey the lands in Survey No.58/2A, situated at Daminedu Village of Tirupathi Rural Mandal, Chittoor district, by paying necessary amount of Rs.535/- through AP Online vide receipt No.AP 010078741, dated 27.12.2016 and the other amount under the receipt No.10078742. As no action is being taken on the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that no documents are filed by the petitioner along with the application.

In view of the above, it is for the petitioner to file necessary documents in respect of the subject land before the 3rd respondent and on such documents being filed by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same and dispose of the application, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
