Learned Standing Counsel for the review petitioner - Railways not pressed the review petition in view of the judgments of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Tahazhathe Purayil Sarabi and others v. Union of India and another1 and Union of India v. Radha Yadav2.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the review petitioner - respondent - Railways, it is considered fit to dismiss the application as not pressed.
