This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/ plaintiffs aggrieved by the order dated 29.08.2019 passed in I.A.No.462 of 2019 in O.S.No.1434 of 2016 by the XVI Additional District Judge-cumXVI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-III Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri, whereby the application filed by the revision petitioners/ plaintiffs under Order VI Rule 17 of CPC to amend the prayer portion, was dismissed. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the record.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners/ plaintiffs, it is for the Court below to adjudicate the subject lis in accordance with the procedure established under law. There is no perversity in the impugned order. This revision petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed at the stage of admission.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
