This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.25 of 2013 on the file of Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police already filed charge sheet in the said case and after full-fledged trial the accused was acquitted and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
