ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 09.12.2013 and 13.3.2014 for shifting of the garbage dustbin from the present place i.e., St. Pauls Hi-Tech High School, #14-7-49, Begum Bazar, Near Bhulaxmi temple, Hyderabad, to any other convenience place.

At the hearing, Mr. N.Ashok Kumar, learned

Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that post-filing of this Writ Petition, the respondents have removed the garbage dustbin from the existing place and shifted the same to some other place. He has placed before the Court a few photographs in support of his submission.

After perusal of the photographs, learned counsel for the petitioner expressed her satisfaction. In the light of the above facts, the grievance with which the petitioner filed this Writ Petition stood redressed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.44059 of 2015 stands disposed of as infructuous.
