THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.4177 of 2018 ORDER:
This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction on the part of the trial Court in numbering I.A.(SR) No.1075 of 2017. 2.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.
4.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned III Senior Civil Judge, Secunderabad, is hereby directed to number I.A.(SR) No.1075 of 2017 if it is otherwise in order.
5.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
