The Court made the following:

ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that there are certain new developments after the writ petition was instituted and wish to file a proper petition with affidavit.

2. Accordingly, granting liberty to institute a fresh writ petition to the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
