CVNR,J & MSKJ,J W.A.No.517 of 2017 22.08.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ appeal is filed against the order, whereby the learned Single Judge has declined to grant interim relief, which, if granted, would admittedly have resulted in granting the final relief. 2.

As the learned Single Judge felt that the scope of the relief claimed in the interlocutory application and the main relief being the same, the appellants were not entitled to the interim relief. The learned Single Judge has, accordingly, refused the interim relief. Therefore, we do not find any error apparent on the face of the record warranting our interference in exercise of our Letters Patent jurisdiction. 3.

The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
