.....Respondents The Court made the following:

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner is aggrieved by the wrong reflection of names of unofficial respondents 6 to 9 in the possessor column against the land in Sy.No.314/1/A to an extent of Ac.0.39 guntas situated in Kompalli village of Bhupalpally Mandal. According to the petitioner, she never sold the land and even if land is sold the name of purchaser must be reflected in the pattadar column, but not in possessor column alone, and itself would show false entries are made. Having come to know about the wrong entries, representation was made to the Tahsildar requesting to delete the names of persons shown as possessors and to reflect the name of petitioner in revenue records. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed. 2.

Two things required to be noticed; firstly, petitioner claimed to have made representation only on 06.11.2019. This representation does not contain any acknowledgment in proof of submission of such representation. Secondly, the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 do not vest power to Tahsildar to review the same. If wrong entries are made, an aggrieved person has remedy of appeal to the next higher authority. Petitioner has not availed said remedy of appeal. Therefore, the relief prayed in the Writ Petition cannot be granted and Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed, leaving it open to petitioner to avail remedy of appeal. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
