None appeared for the petitioner.

This Court, while admitting the writ petition, passed interim order dated 12.02.2008 in WPMP No.3489 of 2008 as follows: "There shall be interim direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for payment of benefits as per Regulation 6-A (5) of the A.P. State Road Transport Corporation Employees' (Service) Regulations and pass appropriate orders, as per law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the same to the petitioner."

No counter affidavit is filed by the respondents. Since already there is a direction to consider the case of the petitioner for payment of benefits as per the Regulation 6-A (5) of the A.P. State Road Transport Corporation Employees' (Service) Regulations, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 12.02.2008.
