THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25041 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for Municipality appearing for the second respondent. Despite service of notice, none appeared for respondent No.7.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by Sri N.Praveen Kumar, the learned Standing Counsel for second respondent-Municipality, that provisional order bearing U.C.R.No.05, dated 05.02.2018, under Sections 228(2) and 217(2) of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965, has been issued to respondent No.7 and further action will be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent-Municipality to take further action pursuant to the provisional order bearing U.C.R.No.05, dated 05.02.2018, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
