This Appeal is filed challenging the order, dated 27.05.2011 in O.P.No.724 of 2009 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-Special Sessions Judge for Trial of SCs/STs (POA) Casescum-Additional District Judge, Nalgonda. Learned counsel for both parties submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award on 09.12.2017 and hence, no further orders need be passed in this appeal.
