Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is following the substantive relief:

"to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in trying to take possession of the petitioner's property bearing Municipal No.7-183, 7-1-84, 7-1-85, 7-1-86 and 7-1-87

admeasuring sq.

yards situated at Ameerpet, Hyderabad, as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequentially direct the respondents not to take possession of the petitioner's above said property."

At the hearing, Mr.K.Ravikanth, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in the securitisation appeal filed against the proceedings initiated by respondent No.1, which are impugned in this Writ Petition, his client has secured an interim order from the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad at Kolkata on 0308-2016. In view of this subsequent event, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
