This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the judgment, dated 15-05-2009 in Crl.A.No.45 of 2007 on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, wherein and whereby, the judgment, dated 12-04-2007 in C.C.No.295 of 2004 on the file of the II Metropolitan Magistrate for Railways, Visakhapatnam, was confirmed.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that no further orders need be passed in this revision in view of award, dated 04-11-2016, passed by the Lok Adalat.
