Sri T.V.S. Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel on record for the petitioners, states that he gave up his vakalat on 21.02.2012. However, the said 'No Objection' vakalat has not been acted upon. As the counsel on record states that he has no option but to report no instructions, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
