This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 26.08.2015 passed in I.A.No.972 of 2012 in O.S.No.56 of 2011 on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge Court, Chittoor. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing this revision became infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
