THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21605 of 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioners seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to petitioners to avail remedy of appeal before the appellate authority under the A.P.(A.A.) Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1956. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. However, the petitioners are given one week time from today to file appeal before the appellate authority by enclosing a copy of this order. The appellate authority is directed to take up the appeal and/ or the petition for ex-parte orders in this behalf without delay.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
