THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.40103 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not acting on the petitioners' complaint, dated 23.10.2015, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the 4th respondent to register case against the respondents 5 & 6.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The main grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents 2 to 4 are not registering a case against the respondents 5 & 6 basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioners, dated 23.10.2015. Considering the grievance of the petitioners, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents 2 to 4 are directed to register a case against the respondents 5 & 6 if the complaint lodged by the petitioners, dated 23.10.2015 discloses any cognizable offence and investigate into the same and file a final report if any. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the action of the respondent 2 to 4, they are liberty to approach the concerned Court by invoking provision under Section 200 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J November 21, 2016.
