CVNR, J & GSP, J CMA 751/2015 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil miscellaneous petition arises out of order dt.26.6.2015 in I.A. No.367 of 2015 in O.S. No.291 of 2015 on the file of the IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. A perusal of the record shows that the order appealed against was passed as far back as 26.6.2015. No interim order has been granted by this Court so far. Mr. P. Raja Sripathi Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that the trial in the suit itself has been commenced and that his client would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the lower Court to dispose of the suit expeditiously. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the lower Court is directed to dispose of the suit within six months from the date of receipt of this order. Subject to the above direction, the civil miscellaneous appeal is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the civil miscellaneous appeal, C.M.A.M.P. Nos.1597 and 1598 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
