ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in approving the petitioner's building plan for construction of ground floor (gated community) in survey No.425/1 to 3, Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary and illegal. At the hearing, Mr.K.Siva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.36885 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
