THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2097 OF 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 15.3.2017 in I.A. No.257 of 2016 in O.S. No.2168 of 2015 on the file of the Court of XXII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to urge the points raised in this revision petition before the trial court. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the time for payment of arrears of rent may be extended. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. The time for payment of arrears of rent is extended up to 30.6.2017. If the petitioners have not paid the rent on or before 30.6.2017, the respondent is at liberty to take appropriate action. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
