HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24964 OF 2018 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not registering/investigating the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.02.2018.
The 3rd respondent filed counter affidavit stating that similar crime is registered under Crime No.7 of 2017 with the same facts. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is one of the accused in crime No.7/2017; that the grievance of the petitioner in the present complaint is different from the complaint in Crime No.7/2017; and that the petitioner made present complaint stating that his signatures were falsely obtained for applying mutation of the property.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.02.2018, as per the guidelines of the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh (2014) 2 SCC 1.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
