Payyavula Jaya Lakshmi, Krishna Dist. v. Intyaj Pasha Shaik, Krishna Dist.
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.37 of 2017 O R D E R:
This contempt case is filed alleging violation of order passed by this Court in WP.No.15232 of 2016, dated 01-06-2016, wherein and whereby, the respondent was directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form-6A.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that though the order dated 19-01-2017 was passed in pursuance to the orders in writ petition, the same was set aside in WP.No.9003 of 2017.
On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue basing on the counter affidavit submits that order dated 19-01-2017 was passed in pursuance to the orders in the writ petition, as such, there is no violation of orders passed by this Court.
It is to be seen that there was a direction by this Court to dispose of the application filed in Form-6A and in pursuance to the same, order was passed on 19-01-2017, challenging the same, the petitioner also filed another writ petition i.e. WP.No.9003 of 2017 and the same was allowed.
In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court and accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
